Senior Event Project Manager (Job Ref:27805)

A consultancy company based in Dubai has a great opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager to work on a large scale event taking place in Dubai.

The role of the candidate shall be as follows:

• Demonstrate previous experience in planning, designing and operations of a large scale event
• Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, on site coordination and post event follow up
• Liaise with the Client to identify their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to stakeholders through informative periodic reports
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the organization of a large scale event
• Manage the marketing and PR teams to ensure that their work is executed on time and to the satisfaction of the Client
• Proactively handle and troubleshoot any problems that may arise
• Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
• Research the market to identify potential event sponsors
• Engage and negotiate with sponsors and other potential event investors
• Manage the event sponsors throughout the event

Requirements

• Degree in Event Management or similar
• Should have an impressive portfolio of previously managed large scale events
• Excellent time management and communication skills
